Whats everyone Avg 1/4 time with thier hotcam
 
whats everyone out thier running in the 1/4 or 1/8 mile with thier lt1 hotcam set up????

I ran a 12.27@113 with my hot cam I also have p/p heads and intake. that was with a crapp 1.89 60' time.

Not cam only, but my buddy went 12.08 @ 113 mph with a 1.77 60' with a Hotcammed 383 (3800+ lbs car).

I'll be getting a Hotcam for mine when it gets to that point. Decent hotcam/bolt-on car should run easy high 12's.

there are many other cams out there that have better technology and make much better power. look into a comp cams cc503, or gm846..or cc305. or maybe a custom grind, or LE1 camshaft. IMO

i know i know...but i have the cam in my car right now and was just trying to see what everybody eles is running

If you want to get decent times work on your suspension. You can modify your motor all day but if the power doesn't get to the ground it's useless. Everyone has a different method of modding but I chose suspension and bolt-ons first to get used to tuning for track conditions. Just some advise that I hope can help you.
