Opinion on which 1.6 RR

A contrary opinion. I'm currently building up a new motor for my car and the question of rockers arms and valve train has come up. I plan on turning my motor to the 7000rpm mark.
I told a couple of big name in the industry of my plans as I'm buying parts off of them and getting some free advice. I currently have the 1.6 Comp Pro Magnums. The consenus was the Pro Magnums were not the way to go as they are to heavy for a higher rpm opertion. I would be better off with any of the aluminum rocker arms.
One of the builders has tested most of the rocker arms available and says that the Harland Sharp rocker arms are a little higher rated and quite a few are under what they are rated. He thinks Harland Sharp does that to compensate for valve train flex. So Harland Sharp for me.
Edit: I was also told that in the last year Comp has quietly come out with a high grade aluminum rocker arm.

No kidding around. Above 6500rpm how do you know you are not getting valve float. You may not be able to hear it.
Anyways it is just another opinion and everyone can take it for what it is worth and go on their merry way.
