They look about the same but they are more heavy! Also have you checked out the summit brand ones?

I am in an index class, similar to bracket racing, but need to be closest to the hard set index. In my case the 12.0 index, so I have to slow the car down to hit the 12.0...

Yep summit has there own brand of prostars and they are about half the price! I think they are made by crager and are heavier than the prostars.

I don't know about the prostar style but when I was shoping for my draglights, The tech guy at summit told me as well as being heavier the summit brand wheels were also not as structualy strong. Now I was asking about the drag lights not the prostars so......

I do personaly like the draglight look better. However after talking to a few guys on this forum, the small amount of grinding I had to do on my brake calipers (and I mean small), to make the Draglights fit, a few guys said that the prostars didn't require the grinding. Just a little info, I don't know any one with prostars on their fourth gen f-body but thats the discution I had.

I agree, I love the convo pro's, that is what I wanted but I didn't have the money. I got lucky considering I got my draglites off of a board member for cheep with tires already mounted...

Convo Pros here...no grinding/spacer needed for fitment....had to grind the hell out for Pro stars to fit and had to run a spacer on the front.

told you that you would, I do too but I am on a tight budget and jumped on the good deal that came up with the draglites... Get the convo pro's, they are a little lighter too...
