Can anyone tell me the difference from the 93 and the 94-up aftermarket throttle bodies? I have seen where they say they are different and want to know if you can make it work on the newer models.

The 93 has provisions for a TV cable and the base plate with the coolant and IAC circuits is different. I run a "93" BBK 58mm all I had to do far as converting it was swap the base plate, the TV provisions are not in the way of anything. I just used a stock bottom off a stock TB.
