Mystery PCM Notice

I received a PCM back in may, it had no paperwork and the box was badly damaged, the box was wrapped with purple tape, all I know from the post office is that it came from Portsmouth New Hampshire, the name on the box is unreadable but looks like possibly Vonny or vinny, anyone sent a pcm to me two months ago? or know of anyone that sent one to me and never received it back, Thanks

do you offer Reflashing service .? little fuel maping turn off some sensor remove the Vats
do you work on 1995 LT1 PCM
