lacking performance need help
 

I have a 93 Firebird Formula and It has a cool air intake and new plugs and wires but still lacks in speed and performance any suggestions? It has 168K miles and a rebuilt trans was driven hard for awhile but I just bought it from a friend. it tops out at 110-115 and I know it should go faster than that.

Sound like your car came with the non performance package. Im willing to bet its an a4 and you cant manually select 321 on the shifter?. There are ways around this but requires tuning to get it to go past 115mph. You can also either cut the consol or get a consol that has the 321 on it already. The beaten hard part....well, its just the nature of these cars.
