car is back togther and has a weird hesitation occasonaly
 

so my car has been apart for 2 months ( had the heads our getting ported by a local shop of mine) i finally got it back togther yesterday around noon and it idles great runns good has plenty of power but every now and then it has a stumble to it in the lower RPMs i was thinking it was bad gas cause it sat for so long.

then I started thinking it could be the stock injectors ( i know i need larger ones) or it could be the Stock Tune!!! i have not sprayed it yet with the new set up cause i dont want anything bad to happen. tonight or tommorow i will check all vaccum lines and harness plugs again just to make sure but do you guys have any ideas?:bang:

could be other probs...stutters and misses dont always come from fuel issues! what exactly is it doing??
