I have just now had my transmission fully rebuilt steal shift forks, new gears and everything and im on my way home from the transmission shop, and its grinding while i change gears every once in a while. Not only that but if i put it in gear hold the clutch in and rev it up it grinds really bad i dont know if the clutch isint blead all the way or what. Any help would be appreicated. THANKS.

Does it grind in any particular gear, or all in general? Sounds like the hydraulics, especially if it's grinding with the clutch in.

If the rebuild is very fresh, you'll need to take it easy on the synchros also, and let them break-in for about 500mi. No down-shifting, no power shifting, etc.

Have you tried to bleed the system?

No. I figued the transmission shop would have done that, but i will try tomorrow. The clutch is a whole lot easier to push in since the rebuild so it might no be blead.?.?

Your clutch isn't fully disengaging from the flywheel. Bleed thoroughly and re-test.

Doubt that the TOB is bad. Why would it suddenly "go bad" after the tranny is rebuilt? I bet they just didnt bleed the system out. The ONLY bleeder that I trust is the pressure bleeder from MotiveProducts.com
Works way better than the "old way"

Good luck with it!
