Default Transmission Whinning

I have a rebuilt T-56 that was built by Six Speeds Inc. It has worked great on the street and at the track, since the last track day I have noticed that it makes a whinning sound in gear. If you push in the clutch it stops. Any help would be great.

Could be that the teeth on the input (4th) are undercut. Has is ever been ran low on fluid (that you know of) ?

It still does if your coasting with the clutch out. It has never been low that I know of. I was told it could be the throwout bearing. Does that sound right?

Same issue here. Just had my tranny rebuilt by a pro-shop and put about 50 pulls on it after breaking it in. I don't know if its because its cold now but its much louder since its gotten colder and abused it a little. No missed shifts and very easy. Newer slave and McCloud adj master. Using plain dex III right now....

If you hear a whine in every gear BUT 4th , its the input shaft and cluster gear making noise . This is usually due to being ran low on oil at one point whether before getting rebuilt or after .
