Default 3rd popping out

My 3rd gear pops out at random when im cruising, but when im pretty well on the throttle, it seems just fine, anyone got any ideas on this one?

It is also likely the shift fork is bent if its the orig. aluminum part.

You know I always change the fork to the steel one like everyone else but I don't buy into the fork bending issue . Thats a pretty damn big fork to bend compared to forks like found in the T5 .

yeah mine has been doing that for some time and it will still go in gear i jsut have to hold it in gear. no biggie. i just drive it like it is. lol
