Has anyone gone faster than 8.69 with a manual?? What's the record now with a manual trans?

In a FBody, nope, that's it...that is until I hit the track later on...
Our shop car is going after it, and hope to have it sooner than later....
Edit:Not sure what the actual ET/MPH record for a T56 in ANY car is, but I do know that some Viper has been like 8.00's or so...something like that. But again, for an FBody, the 8.69 is it..

I was talking about LSX manual record in a stock suspension vehicle
I know the LSX record is an 8.0 or someting like that with a tube chassis GTO.
I have a mustang with an LSX going together right now, hopefully it will run 8's next month in Vegas at SCSN..
Then I am going to build an all pro headed 434 and go after the record.
I just hope you boys don't get mad if the record is in a Mustang...
