Throwout hydraulic line HEP!!!!

I feel like a idiot but im pretty tired and using it as my excuse ;)

Im trying to button up my build and all that is left is this one issue!

I had just finished up the wiring ( thanks the_MERV), a buddy jumped in the car went to push the clutch in and noticed it was like a brick wall, i forgot about the throw out bearing hydraulic line and cant figure out how to get the damn thing in! i have tried several methods and didnt know if any one could give me some help!

Also, i woudl think if the line was off, the clutch would fall to the floor.... not be hard. any explanations???

Take a Screw Driver and depress the dimple in the center of the connector of that line..bleed some of the Fluid out and it'll help you.

That Clutch won't fall to the floor cause that system right now is a closed system and full of pressure.

give this a try my .02

Usually after you pull the line off the tranny a few times the o ring reshapes itself. It will look normal by eye but the o ring is to big to go past the fingers on the slave cyl quick connect. Take the rubber o ring off and see if it goes in without it. If it dont you have other problems if it does get a new o ring for the end of the line. DO NOT take off the white clip ONLY the o ring. If it goes in without the o ring you wil need to push in the white clip to get it back off.

LMK if this helps....:)

I figured it out... all i had to do was bleed out the master cylinder, relieved pressure and the line popped right in!

Thanks for the advice though
