I was thinking centerforce but I need to broaden my sights on this subject. Its for an ls1 with full bolt ons and 241 ported heads unbuilt t-56, stock rear end...

does it come with flywheel, clutch kit, master and slave? just clutch w/ pressure plate? need some info on this matter. any recommendations?

monster clutch level 3 or 4 then you can still make more power and not worry about it.

The Monster Level 2 will hold that or the Monster Level 3 if you want some growing room.
They are one sale right now too.
The Monster clutches come in a complete kit, flywheel, pressure plate and disk plus any add ons you want like slave or master.
This ensures you get a perfect installation with no problems.

With that kinf of power a SPEC Stage 2 would be a great option as well. This kit is rated to handle 690lb.-ft at the crank which means it provides plenty of room or growth should you choose to modify the car further and it is an extremely drivable clutch as well. We also provide both a Steel and Aluminum flywheel option and I would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of each if you let me know a bit more about the type of usage the car sees. I have provided a link to the part specific to this application below. Take a look and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

I dont sell them, but I use them. I personally recommend the LS7 clutch/LS2 Flywheel combo.

Works great on my own personal car making 430rwhp cam only. Totally drivable as well, even in our horrible Los Angeles traffic.

Agree! I ran one in my 346 build with 460RWHP. Drives like stock.

Have my Monster lvl 2 in and its just a little stiffer than stock and I really love the smooth engagement it has. Did the Premium Package - 18lb flywheel - and I am thoroughly impressed.

Monster Clutch FTW. Great drivability, holding power, and the best customer service in the industry, hands down.

My Monster Level III has held up great during 5500rpm clutch dumps and many many hot laps at the track. I drive it to the track and after the races I drive it home. No slippage, no chatter and no clutch smell EVER. I've owned, and/or driven most of the single disk clutch brands out there.

My .02.

I'm with GForce1320 with either a Level 2 or a Level 3 for some room to grow. Both very street friendly. Give me a call at the shop and I can answer any questions you may have.

I can also vouch for the Monster level 3. Had one in my car for 23K before my cam swap. Now running a Monster level 6. You won't find better guys to deal with. They stand behind their products too.
