Default Bleeding with MityVac is BAD NEWS!

I had a pretty decent pedal that i thought could use some improvment cuz it was a little dead at the top of the travel so i used a mityvac in the clutch resevior and didn't pump past 12 hg and it killed my pedal!! now its more than half dead throughout the travel of the pedal hardly disengaging.

What do you mean the pedal is dead? Is it soft/mushy? If so then there is likely air still in the system. Of course, adding to much vacuum could pop the internal seals of the slave or master too. I have used a Mighty-vac countless times or many different vehicles without issue...so perhaps your title post is a bit miss-leading...though I am sure it comes out of frustration! Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks!
