Okay so I am reinstalling my transmission and am having a little difficulty figuring out where these two sensor things go on the transmission. I believe they are sensors, they are connected in with the wiring harness. They are black rectangles. About 2.5" long, and .5" thick and wide. Also there seems to be a little red light on them. I remember removing the cross member and the one fell out there. I now having a problem trying to figure out how it goes back on there. Or can I just put it in there any way that it fits.

Sounds like you are describing O2 simulators. They go nowhere, they just plug into the connectors.

Do you have headers?

Yes I have headers. However I thought one of these fell out at the back of the trans. Like between the trans mount and the cross member. I also thought my headers still had O2 wires coming from them and they were just tuned out.

i think those are 02 sims like the guy said. i didnt have that on my tranny when i was putting them in. Probably 02 sims for the two rear 02s.

yep those are 02 sims . all i did was ziptied it out of the way

def. o2 sims... just put em somewhere secure... and ziptie them..
