Jim,
You look familiar...
I have an LS7 clutch in my car, along with the Tick adjustable master. It's a firm pedal, a bit more than stock, but it is very precise. I had an LS7 in there with the stock master too. It was easier, more stockish in terms of effort, but I far prefer the positive, precise feel of the pedal now. If I were keeping the car, I think a lighter weight clutch/flywheel combo would be next. LMR has a custom clutch line (manf. by RPS) that their customers REALLY like. I did feel one of the clutches in the parking lot, it felt nice and holds 750rwhp.
Lots of options, the LS7 is a good one for a street driven car that sees some miles. Along with the Tick MC, the pedal feels awesome (brake pedal too). No slippage to date, it grips nice, feels nice.

I already have a LS7 clutch, Tick adjustable master, and Fidanza flywheel. I might replace the flywheel insert while it's out. My concern was how much faster the clutch would wear with the expected increase in power over my old built 347 LS1 under similar driving conditions (90% street, no drag racing, some autocross).

Well, my crystal ball is broken...
What I can tell you is this, my last LS7 clutch lasted about 45k miles with 345rwhp. I now have 33% more power so I would expect this one to last around 30k. That's all other things being equal, which they never are...hehe. Hope that helps a little.
