Exclamation two enguagements with the street twin??

Recently I got the mcleod street twin installed on my 95 bird. As Im driving it to break it in, I have noticed that there seems to be two enguagements. The first one only happens at lower rpms, but it will start moving the car ever so slightly and I can feel it in the shifter, but the car will bypass this if I rev to 2k before starting to let the clutch out. Is this normal? Its not hurting anything, but I just want to make sure the shims are not wrong or anything like that.

Also, it seems to clunk inside somewhere too sometimes, when I let the clutch out slowly. I dont know how to describe it, as it doesn't really sound like anything is loose, but it is a wierd sound. Kinda like a metally clunk clunk. Usually there is two, one right after the other. Anyone know what I am talking about? Maybe this is inherent in a twin disk setup...

Thanks!
