Default 2004 GTO Aftermarket Shifter

I'm currently looking for a new shifter for the GTO. The stock one is way to "mushy" Any suggestions on which one I should buy? Thanks in advance!

Buddy jus got the GMM shifter (since i ripped his shifter in half ) they are a little more expensive. I had a B&M, which is a little cheaper and i liked that one alot, but i would say the GMM is worth the extra money if your gonna do it. ANYTHING is better then that stock POS...

The B&M might be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I'm a big fan of the GMM. The Billet would be my second choice.

The $400 for the GMM is no biggie, I just didn't know if there was a better one out there for the same price or even cheaper

I've logged a ton of "hard" miles in numerous GTO's with numerous combinations for shifters. My votes go GMM, Harrop, Billet Pro, Stock, B&M... B&M is a flamming pile of crap, I don't know about you but the last thing I want to have happen when I'm grabbing third is the shifter to snap and have me punch the dash. Makes for an interesting response on my end.
