Clutch slipping in reverse?

Clutch slipping in reverse? A few months ago (march I believe), I put a Zoom clutch set up in the car with a new stock flywheel. I've had this same issue ever since. When I back up, I smell clutch. I dont know if I dont release the pedal completely or what, but its the only time I smell it.
Forward gears are fine. It always shimmies a little bit taking off in first and reverse. Its not slipping (went up a hill in 5th gear at 50 mph, then went WOT and RPMs didnt take off). Any one have an idea?
