Save yourself some trouble and just splice into your existing harness.

if you look in the "M6 to A4" sticky at the top of this page, youll see on the very first page is a word document walkthrough for the LT1, tons of info in that thread, but its got all the wires that need to be spliced and everythihg. its in one of the stickys at the top of the page.

I wouldn't do the wire splicing, and re-pinning the PCM. That is very tedious and it is very easy to make a mistake. I've done a lot of these swaps and it was always easier to just swap the PCM and entire under-hood wiring harness. Basically, it would be best to stay OBD1, and use a 1994 or 1995 M6 harness. Good luck with it!

The 97 harness, modded for the M6.

i cant use the ecu out of the 94 cause its obd1 and my car is obd2

The 96-97 have independent knock sensor wiring and different knock sensors than the 94-95. Change the knock sensors and use the 94 harness.

This is of course depending emissions regulations enforcement where you live.
