Default RP Synchromesh change interval?

I was going to change my trans fluid since my second gear wasn't engaging as easily as it used to. It took a second to get in until the fluid was warmed up. Normally I'd just leave it in second for a while to get the fluid sloshing around real good and then it seemed fine.

This is a T56Rebuilds Micronite and carbon fiber 4B package with about 25k-30k on it. No problems otherwise but the current RP Synchromesh fluid has about 10k miles on it. I have two fresh quarts of fluid. I was just gonna drain a quart and a half out and refill it w new stuff.

Ideas?

I wouldn't waste the time or fluid. 10K isn't enough milage to worry about changing it. I would however check the level and top off as needed.

^ Ahh.. Ok.. thanks. .I was thinking the RP oil shouldn't be even close to being worn yet.
