Default anyone ever heard of this?

ok so i rebuilt the tranny (tick lvl2) and put it back in (w/o taking out the clutch). when everything went back in, it all went together smoothly and perfectly. i filled up the tranny and started it up and idk why but it is tapping like crazy. i can tell its coming from the bellhousing but i am lost as to why it is making the sound? i didnt touch the clutch or bellhousing and it should be all fine but then i get this... any ideas or anybody heard of an issue like this?
