Default t56 vibration

i have a ls2/ t56 /ford 9" in a 65 gto that has had vibrations from the start. I have tried replacing rear, axels, driveshaft, mounts, clutch, everything but the tranny. i have tried all driveline angles. I have heard that t56 5-6th gears are pressed on and they can cause vibrations. But you said two trannys, replaced? and then a friend had vibes when tranny is rebuilt, could it be the trans? still thanks steve
i did notice that the vibes got better with an aluminum driveshaft. but still there

are u reusing ati balancer? Maybe transfering problem from engine to engine? With clutch engaged vibration maybe amplified through transmission. It would be nice if u access to a picoscope.
