Default Do carbon synchros go bad if they sit for a few years?

More like 10 years. I had my T56 rebuilt back in 2001 with carbon synchro kit from I believe it was D&D performance way back when. It's been sitting in my garage since doing nothing.

Should I be concerned when I finally bolt it up to the engine next week? Thanx

Has it been stored dry and unsealed for all that time? I've seen the CF blockers start to de-laminate when kept out of the packaging and out of lubrication for just a few years. If it was correctly lubricated and sealed, it'll probably be fine.
