Default completely bleed a clutch with just a mighty vac?

I just changed out my master cylinder and just need to bleed the system out now... I was wondering if its possible to completely bleed the system with just a mighty vac via the reservoir , never touching the bleeder on the slave cylinder. If anyone has had luck with this method, please post your method.

Default

Bleeding a cylinder from the bottom (where the master-to-slave line is attached) will not work.

JMD method is how to get all air out once the system is full of clean fluid.
