just wanted to know could a throw bearing cause a grind in only 3rd and 4th gear if i double clutch the car it goes into these gears fine
if i drive normally they will grind
i have bled the system twice i dont think air is my problem
after coming to a stop if i just push the shifter to 3rd gear their is also a grind like the gears are moving

No, the throwout bearing usually holds up good and couldn't possibly cause a problem like you are having. Any time the grind is isolated to one or two gears, then it's definitely an internal transmission issue. It's going to need a complete rebuild in order to be fixed properly.
