Default need some suggestions for my rebuild

i'm about to get my t-56 rebuilt by jason @texas drivetrain performance and besides just replacing what's bad what parts should i upgrade and what do you recommend. its going to be a 95% street car but ill be roll racing and doing some aggressive street driving with maybe a few hard digs thrown in there.

Stage 2 rebuild would be fine for your needs... Ask Jason though he can answer this question the best.

With the Stage 2 build, I upgrade everything possible
The upgrades are only a small part of the price anyway, so it's well worth it. Thanks and see you soon!

Jason,
What is the typical turn around on a stage 2, if i were to bring it, is it realistic to have it back same day? I live in austin and would like to avoid shipping!
Thanks
