What do you use to clean grease and oil of the fly wheel, clutch disk, and pressure plate? Do you just use brake clean and a rag? Or is there a special clutch cleaner?

usualy if the clutch disc is contaminated with oil you SHOULD technically replace it, because its only going to fail, but if its surface oil from greasy fingers im sure youll be ok, youll be fine to just use brake clean.

well i juss say to try brake cleaning everything, and after the brake clean dries on the clutch disc, examine it closly to see if you can see any more grease/oil on it. im sure it would look spotty where the grease is.

Spray the parts down with brake-clean and then wipe them down with a towel to help remove the contamination. This may need to be done repeatedly. Keep in mind that if you are using an Organic or Kevlar lined disc that cleaning will not actually resolve the issue. These materials are pourous and they absorb grease and oil which means that the contaminant will simply resurface when the disc gets hot. As a result, the disc may need to be replaced. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,

This may sound stupid but could I bake the disk in an oven at like 75 degrees or something maybe 100 and then make the oil surface and wipe it down?

No, because it will be impossible to fully remove the contaminant from the surface. Even a drop, or a few drops, will impact friction coefficient and performance of the clutch.

Maybe buy a new disk or have the pads replaced on the disk you have already?

That is an option dependent on the condition of the other components.
