Default Clutch diagnosement

Well... Clutch sticks under high RPM's. Sometimes gets impossible to shift when I really get on it also. Also sometimes when I first start the car it is hard to shift into reverse. Anyone know what is wrong? And where could I take my car to to get my clutch and everything checked out? I would rather have somewhere good than just a local mechanic.

You need to bleed you clutch, and either your master or slave cylinder are probably on there way out. If you don't have a speed bleeder this will save you from having to cut a hole in your cars transmission tunnel.
