Default T56 clutch will not release with Spec 3 or ls7 clutch

Long story short, pulled brand new 402 stroker out of a GTO because of a low oil pressure issue. Put the motor back in with the same Spec 3 clutch it came in with, didnt pull the tranny so the clutch line was never taken off. Used the same thin spacer between the flywheel and crankshaft. Nothing was ever changed or not put back on. Get the car running and the clutch will not release, we've bled it multiple times and had the tranny out multiple times and spaced the throw out bearing even closer to the pressure plate, still no release. We've changed the throw out bearing and installed an LS7 clutch assembly and still no release. It still has the stock master cylinder and stock line. It worked before we pulled the motor so I just dont understand why it doesnt work now.

Also to add the clutch pedal feels awesome, it did get stiffer with the LS7 clutch.
