Default tail shaft seal leaking

I keep getting a leak from my tail shaft seal on my T56. Ive replaced it twice now, and sending out the driveshaft to check for balance or other issues. Does anyone else know what could be causing this issue. The car has stock suspension and a stock diff.

Could be a worn tail bushing in the housing. I've heard that this can cause a leak.

Does your current seal have a metal perimeter or a rubber(ish) type? The rubber ones seem to leak no matter what...
