I'm in the process of converting my old LT1 T56 over to LS1 to fit in my nova. I purchased the parts to convert it from diffrent guys and am now trying to do it.

The problem I'v run into is the bellhousing came from a 98 Camaro, input shaft came from a 00 Camaro, and the front plate came from a 97 Corvette. After switching the front plate I noticed the bellhousing wont bolt to the front plate!?

Is the Corvette bell/front plate diffrent then the camaro?

Corvette front plate bolts to a torque tube, not a bell housing. You'll have to get an LS Fbody style front plate to bolt to a bell housing.
