How can i tell if i have a factory Hurst shifter? Bought a T56 and was told that the shifter was a factory Hurst unit. It has the H on the **** and looks much beefier than the stick style piece. The base is solid and it has a chrome stick bolted to it. There are no easily visible markings or stampings.
