Default Light Weight Clutch Setup daily driver VIDS INSIDE

Hey guys I was making some driveability videos for a guy in the external engine thread for a fast 102 driveability. However I also thought these would be good to post here. My mods are in sig so you can see what else the car has done. The clutch setup is a 9 11/16" RST twin disk with a fidnaza aluminum flywheel. The entire setup is 32-33lbs on my scale, stock is around 52.

I see threads all the time about people saying a light weight clutch is not manageable on the street and causes problems, that the performance gained from less parasitic loss isnt worth the hassle of driving. I drive this everyday in Miami traffic fwiw. i realize i have gears but most people do and honestly i cant see it being too much of a difference with 3.42s taking off. This isnt to stir the pot but rather inform those who wonder and educate those who talk but really have no experience

Yours runs easier than mine does with lightweight clutch and cf driveshaft, stock 3:42's. Your idle is higher than mine though which I'm sure makes take off easier. However, I have never thought mine was a problem. I've liked it since day one and have ran it for about 6 years now. Glad to see someone else likes them too and doesn't just listen to the internet opinions.

The McLeod RST drives like butter! The RXT is only slightly more pedal pressure.

I have the alum flywheel/RXT on a couple of my cars. Drives awesome.

The rst that I'm rnnng is roughly 9.5" so ya its smaller than the stock 12" but not as small as some of the 5.5 or 7" tilton units. The moi is more than those but drastically less than the stock one because of dia and weight
