This is kinda dumb, but a couple years ago I got a t56 and disassembled it. Well then it sat there and I forgot where a couple parts go. If someone could please help me asap that would me great! There is 2 magnetics washers and the cap thing in the pictures. Where do they go?

Those two magnets go in the rear part of the case. Never seen that cap before on a t56

Yeah the two magnets slide into slots at the bottom of the case. No idea what that cap is though... never saw anything like that in mine.

Now that I look at that black cap, it looks like the piece that goes to the bellhousing for the slave cylinder line to come through it.

Thanks for the replies. So the cap isn't anything internal at all? I'm trying to put the transmission back together and I just don't want to have to pull it apart again because I forgot something
