t56 to 4l65 back to t56 I read the stickies so i hope i am not beating a dead horse but it wasnt specific for my situation.

Original owner must have hit his head HARD because he decided to take out the t56 in a 20k mile car and replace it with a built automatic. I love the car but want it to go back to stockish so I bought a t56 magnum, clutch kit, shifter, and tic master with speed bleeder. I have a general idea of what else i would need like cross member and trans mount, shift pedal rod (3rd pedal still installed), bolts for master, upgraded ujoint, and other little things.
My main question is about the wiring harness. The privious owner told me he had the pcm "repinned". Cant get ahold of him now but uncertain as to whether he just added extra wires for the sensors on the auto or actually swapped the harness.
Also, where can i get a new harness if needed?
If there is any info you can give me it would be greatly appreciated.
