Not sure what i damaged on my T-56, any quality shops in south florida?
So after I broke my driveshaft, the slip yoke was stuck in the tailshaft. I had to bang it out with a hammer. I removed the tailshaft bushing and had a Rockland gear "no walk" bushing pressed in thinking it was damaged. After reinstalling the tailshaft on the T-56, I attempted to test it by sliding putting a slip yoke on the gears, the slip yoke hits the bushing on the right side and there is a gap on the left. I can rotate the output shaft with two fingers, there is no binding or grinding and the teeth are not damaged. I am assuming I damaged the bearings that hold the main shaft in place. Are there any reputable places in south florida? I will be removing the transmission this week to bring it to a shop.

I'd be socked if any bearings are damaged.
But from the description either the yoke is damaged, the bush, or the shaft is bent.
If you rotate the shaft does the problem still stay at the same side ?
Florida Speed and Performance ?

When I rotate the shaft, the problem stays on the passenger side, it doesn't change like it would if the shaft was bent.
