Default rattle when when clutch pedal is depressed

So recently i started hearing a rattle when clutch pedal is pressed down pretty far. The clutch engages and disengages. The rattle gets faster as the revs increase. This only occurs when the clutch is disengaged after a certain point. the rattle gets louder the further you push the clutch pedal down. Im going to get the car up this weekend to look around. If anyone has had this before or has an idea as to what it could be please help.

The car is a 94 trans am with a t56

If you hear it with the clutch pedal in and not when the pedal is out, that is about 90% chance of being the pilot bearing.

Pedal out, trans shaft and engine spin as one. Pedal in, engine and trans input shaft spin different speeds. Pilot bearing shows itself when they don't spin as one

pilot is a very good start. could also be the TOB on the slave i would replace both to be certain. a new slave is never a bad idea anyway

It's one of those things you really don't want to wait on either. If it's the pilot bearing, the longer you wait, the more you risk input shaft damage. And that means the trans will need to be opened up.

Well it wasnt the pilot bearing. im pretty sure it was part of the throwout bearing. ill upload pictures but the best way to describe it is the part on the throwout bearing that is flat on two sides so it can sit in the clutch fork. its broke into like 4 pieces. Too many burnouts...
im having trouble finding a throwout bearing that has the piece.
