Default Tick master cylinder adjustment

Hey guys. I recently installed and adjusted a tick master cylinder and I want to make sure I have it adjusted correctly. It's easy to get into 1st gear and reverse, and feels great shifting at almost all throttle positions. However, when I go full throttle and shift, no matter the gear, it is significantly more difficult to select the next gear and there's a plume of clutch smoke behind me. Is this because of the master cylinder not being adjusted correctly, the clutch having issues or me just being bad at shifting?

Thanks for your input!

I'd try adjusting it out just a hair bit farther - high RPM shifts are the final stage of "fine tuning" the adjustment of our master cylinder kit. Sounds like you're almost there!

Awesome thank you very much. Just so I know what to look out for, what are the symptoms of over adjusting the master cylinder?

Truly, there are no symptoms of over-adjusting the master cylinder - that is why we're careful to start by flowing too little fluid to disengage the clutch and increase the fluid flow by small amounts until we flow just enough to fully disengage the clutch. As I said, the upper RPM shifts are the final stage of the adjustment - you're almost there!
