Default T56 behind LSA

Hey guys.
Currently have my LSA sitting in chassis and a t56 laying around I was considering using.

I've recently had two friends however that have run a t56 behind ls3's and have eaten bearings doing so.
They seemed to think it was the spigot itself being different to suit tr6060 rather than the t56.
Will measure depth from the crank and the input shaft to check if that could be an issue.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this or what the issue might be?
Worst case I'll just throw a 6060 on instead.

The '10+ Camaro and CTSv uses a different pilot bearing and slave from an older T56.
The T56 Magnum and '98-02 Fbody T56 use an Fbody pilot bearing and slave.
