Default What does the reverse lockout press on inside the transmission?

Just picked up an 00 Corvette and the reverse lockout isn't working. There is no lockout to speak of, you can access and grind reverse while the car is moving. I took the lockout solenoid out to see what's up and there is NOTHING behind it. Ran a scope up in the hole and I can't see anything that it's supposed to push on.

I'm getting the sinking feeling that there is either something missing, or something broken, but I can't find one single picture or diagram that shows WTF the lockout is supposed to press on. Can anyone help me out here?

Just found out the problem, some heavyweight dipshit put the housing on backwards. So yeah, the reverse lockout is on the wrong damned side.
