Default Need some help with this T56 swap: Tick Master Clutch Pedal super firm

Hey all,

Need some help here with the T56 swap I'm doing in my 98 fbody that was an A4

-T56 pull out that I had rebuilt to Stage II specs from The Gear Box
New Slave from Tick Perf
New Master from Tick Perf mounted after I had to drill the firewall holes (used template from donor car, should be lined up right)
New Speed Bleeder from Tick Perf
McLeod single disc clutch/flywheel

Got everything in, seems good, got the clutch pedal bled with the new Tick Master, pedal is EXTREMELY firm. So firm that I am worried I am breaking something and have not started the car yet due to this. I can still push it to the floor but the amount of effort it takes cannot be right.

Seeking ideas or troubleshooting.

It's possible you adjusted the tick master slightly off and overstroked the pressure plate. If that is not the case then I'll ask what the bore size is on the tick MC?

Or, it could be you aren't used to that stiff *** pedal and combo just yet. Hard to say what it could be if the car is off.
