NV3500 and Gen 4 LY6

NV3500 and Gen 4 LY6 Hey guys,
I have a little 01 s10 blazer 2wd. I also have a really clean low miles LY6 cast 6.0. I know i can adapt the nv3500 from my s10 to a Gen 3 no issues. Clutch, flywheel, pilot, slave from a 4.8 Silverado, but can I also do the same on a Gen 4 Motor? I did some searching around and haven't seen anyone ask.
