I have seen a couple of threads about this but would like to hear from someone who has actually done this. Perhaps someone that is a shadetree mechanic like myself. I have done a couple of clutches, etc but never had the tranny apart. I am looking for any specifics, online walk thrus, repair manuals, and parts sources. Identifying what I need is an issue. Also what you learned about removing the thing.

I would also appreciate any advice on upgrades while I am in there. The symptoms are 1-2 shift under power is impossible without double clutching and pops out of second occasionally. Also just plain slushy feeling shifting to all gears.

It is supposed to have a spec3 clutch in now.
