Default T56 to TR6060 conversion (which slave?)

Call me stupid, but I don’t know and can’t find answer.

I’m swapping my F-body t56 out for a tr6060 (out of a ‘14 Camaro SS) for shifter location reasons in my LS swapped 69 c10.
I’m running a monster Stg3 clutch and Monster 18lb flywheel.

My question: will my F body T56 slave and TOB bolt up and work for this tr6060?

I have a TR6060 from RPM which is their Level 6 T56 Magnum and I have the stock GM slave and TOB for the car so I don't see why not.

i see what you are saying, but specifically I’m asking if there is a GM t56 slave is identical to a GM tr6060 slave. I just simply don’t know which slave to use for much tranny/clutch combo.

That's a good question and hopefully somebody can confirm this but IMO they're one and the same. Could it the same GM part no. for the 4th Gen and the 5th Gen.?

When you search for the clutch slave cylinder on Rockauto from the 2001 to the 2010 you will find different part numbers so maybe not!

For my TR6060 I use a OEM GM Slave Part #: 24264182. That is the latest part number.

TR6060 and T56 on an Fbody use the same slave.

Were you able to confirm that the t56 TOB worked with the TR6060? I'm doing this exact same swap right now and would save me a lot of hassle if the T56 TOB would work. I have both the one that came with my trans and an old T56 slave assembly and they are completely different heights.

the only way way to know for sure is to measure. That’s the facts of the matter. Even if people tell you it will bolt right up you still need to measure or you could cause issues with the clutch wearing out prematurely. Measure measure measure. All that said....the t56 and tr6060 does NOT use the same TOB. Not only that, but there are varying styles and heights of tr6060 TOBs. They don’t even all line up and bolt up and clock the same way. I have a unicorn transmission so I ended up modifying a c6 TOB to clock and fit my application. Still though....MEASURE so you know. Hope that helps.
