Default Installing new Throw Out bearing requried?

I have a 2002 Camaro w/ 42K miles and will be replacing the Slave with a new GM unit, due to the original leaking.

New unit comes with the pilot bearing, does it need to be replaced?
I am not doing any clutch changes as it is running great with my set up currently.

If new throw out is required can it be removed without clutch removal? I assume not.
Just trying to save from doing extra work.

New unit comes with the pilot bearing, does it need to be replaced? Probably not necessary but if your going to go ahead and replace the clutch then I would but then again I would probably replace everything on the first go around because I hate doing it again for something else that went wrong or is on the way out anyway.

If new throw out is required can it be removed without clutch removal? I assume not. Yes it can as it slides onto the input shaft of the transmission and the clutch and pressure plat are affixed to the flywheel.

I miss spoke / typed question was for the pilot bearing.
i am leaning towards doing it all and upgrading to an LS7 clutch set up while it is apart.

Plan is the following at the moment:
GM slave w/ speed bleeder
Tick shims (if required)
MGW short shifter
LS7 Clutch
Anti Venom mod
Tick Master (already installed)

ls7 clutch wont need shims. and the ls7 clutch is good as long you arent shifting above 6500.

I don’t launch it hard and have never pushed the stock clutch past its limits, think the LS7 unit will do me well.

Have only done 2 burn outs with her right before tires were replaced.
