So I have a 99 Firebird (V6, 4L60e) and I just found an old Camaro sitting in a local guys yard. I went and asked him if he had any info on it and if he would be willing to sell it. Turns out it was a V6 w/ the 5 speed (Also has a full leather interior in pretty decent condition, but that's not part of my question) but the engine is missing. It looks like everything is there for the manual, but I didn't have much time to look closely. He told me and my friend that he would let us take the whole thing for $300. My question to y'all is if I would be able to swap my auto with the manual without splicing wires. I've seen a few threads on doing it but they all bought parts and made the wiring work, but this is a donor car. Any input would be appreciated!
