Monster stage 2 clutch tick master wont disengage

Default Monster stage 2 clutch tick master wont disengage

I installed a monster stage 2 clutch with new gm slave and shimed it within spec with tick master cylinder with car on jack stands while running the wheels start to spin when i try to put it in 1st gear clutch pedal is about 1 inch below the brake pedal also when shifting all gears feel notchy

Year, make, model? New clutch master? Remote bleeder hose?

If its properly bleed, just get a Tick clutch master cylinder kit and be done with it.

He already has that...

Op what condition was the pilot bearing in? Any burrs on the end if the input shaft?

How high can i adjust the clutch pedal i was told i could damage the pressure plate

Same thing happening with me. Though I've got a Mcleod RXT twin disc clutch. At first, I was running the oem slave, but slapped in a Tick to try and fix the problem but that didn't completely fix the problem.

From what I gather, using the extra long speed bleeder could be an issue with the hydraulic actuation of the slave. I'm planning on dropping the transmission, swapping in a new slave without remote bleeder, and re shimming.

One time this happened to my brother inlaw... the clutch disc was in backwards.
