Default tranny wont go in different gears after new clutch

Well I finally took out the old stock clutch out of my car and I put a LS6 clutch in it but, didnt change the slave or do the line mod and now my car wont hardly go into 3-4-6 or reverse <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0"> any insight on any of this <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

Well, it sounds like your clutch isn't fully disengaging. I had the same problem on my Cartek... until I messed with my 'adjustable' Master Cylinder. I wouldn't think that you'd need one for the LS6 clutch. A buddy and I put one in his car, it shifts fine.

Thanks for your insight on this guys... It is mainly happening when shifting when the rpms are over 2500

Check your pilot bearing/sleeve. If it is binding to the input shaft, it dosn't matter if the clutch is disengaged. The engine will keep spining the input shaft to the tranny...
