tranny wont go in different gears after new clutch Well I finally took out the old stock clutch out of my car and I put a LS6 clutch in it but, didnt change the slave or do the line mod and now my car wont hardly go into 3-4-6 or reverse <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0"> any insight on any of this <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

Re: tranny wont go in different gears after new clutch Well, it sounds like your clutch isn't fully disengaging. I had the same problem on my Cartek... until I messed with my 'adjustable' Master Cylinder. I wouldn't think that you'd need one for the LS6 clutch. A buddy and I put one in his car, it shifts fine.

Re: tranny wont go in different gears after new clutch Check your pilot bearing/sleeve. If it is binding to the input shaft, it dosn't matter if the clutch is disengaged. The engine will keep spining the input shaft to the tranny...
