Default Help me make my stock master cyl adjustable

I read about this on these forums a few times but I did a search and cannot find any post on how to do this. I have a problem with my clutch not disengaging with a specII and resurfaced flywheel. I knwo about the shim, but want to try this before i have to drop the transmssion again... So if anyone could hook me up with a post on a tech article explaining how this is done i'll tell you "thanks a lot, and your a big help".

I just got a new tranny and i dont want to take any chances with hard shifts untill i have this problem fixed, thanks a lot, josh.

Also, i'd be cool if someone could hook me up with an article on how to bleed te thing too, thanks again.

I did mine similar to this except I didn't use a rod end... I cut the stock rod in two about an inch from where it mounts to the pedal, threaded the rod and put a coupler on the rod. Works like a charm.

will doing this allow my clutch to fully disengage?

Also, do you have to remove it each time you want to adjust?

I don't have to revome mine to adjust it. I just take the rod off the pedal and adjust the coupler. I'm not sure if you will have as much adjustability with this as you would a mcloed. I built mine because my clutch was not fully disengaging and it fixed it perfectly.
